General hints
For oral presentations
• presentations have to be provided as a powerpoint document on CD or USB memory stick.
• presentations should be delivered at the “slide preview room” one day before the talk.
• time schedules have to be strictly obtained.
• all speakers should also prepare a poster which will be displayed during the entire symposium.
For posters
• Size of poster board: Din A0 (1,00m width / 1,20m height)
• Poster setup is open from Monday, September 20th, 2:00 pm.
• All posters should be up by Tuesday, 21st 8:00 am and will be displayed during the entire symposium.
